WARRANTY POLICY

HPS warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This does not apply to conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration. If in any event that a warranty requires repairs to the product we do not warranty the ceramic coating of our silencers. Warranty is void on any part that has been altered in any way or if used outside of its intended application. All warranties and returns need to include a proof of purchase.

MERCHANDISE RETURN

All returns must receive a return authorization within 30 days of invoice date. All returns are subject to inspection. Returned merchandise mush be unused and in resalable condition. Returned items needing to be repackaged are subject to a 10% repackaging fee. Returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved with an RA number displayed on the box. Product must be received within 15 days of the date the return authorization issued.
