The NEW HPS Performance Insert/spark arrestor is the easiest and most affordable performance you can add to your Yamaha YXZ1000R Side x Side. Constructed with a 100% forest approved non-corrosive, high quality 304L Stainless Steel spark arrestor screen allowing you to not only add over +4 HP to your machine but keep you completely responsible and legal as you continue to enjoy your favorite recreational areas. With 60% more flow through your stock exhaust and more performance sound there is no need to buy loud slip-ons or expensive full exhaust systems.

NOTE: Plugging the exhaust smog vents on engine valve cover is recommended/necessary when doing any performance mods to the YXZ.

Storage on the Ski-Doo Gen4 sled is very limited so HPS strategically designed our performance exhausts to allow room for extra heated storage under the hood.  Move unwanted weight out of your backpack or tunnel bag and keep yourself light and nimble for easy maneuverability. Ski-Doo has engineered the Gen4 platform to be as balance as possible yet no one wants to run the weight of the stock exhaust. HPS has developed a way to help keep your sled balanced while shedding weight with our water resistant, under the hood, heated storage bag. Large enough to store am extra pair of goggles, gloves, tools, snacks and other supplies together.

Would you like to build your own exhaust muffler for your Polaris RZR?  Then you will need a Bell Flange for your project. With your choice of 304L Stainless Tubing or Carbon Steel, these bell flanges are flared to a perfect fit for the stock RZR 1000 (NON-TURBO) down-pipe manifold and foil gasket.

Features:
- Fits 2014+ RZR 1000, RZR 1000 4, RZR XP, RZR XP 4, RZR RS1, Non-Turbo stock down-pipe exhaust manifolds and foil gaskets.
- 2.5" OD tubing Cut at a total length of 1.5".

TOY SHIELDZ  has made the some of the strongest, lightweight, aluminum upper door inserts for the Polaris RS1.  Powdercoated in satin black to match the black plastic color of your machine to complement the aggressive look of the RS1 yet keeping it looking as factory as possible. These mount very sturdy with no rattling and flex.
